Warranty and repair

We ensure that the products we offer meet what we promise. They must be good, be usable as you would expect, and they must comply with the law.

A guarantee from us does not reduce your statutory rights. You still have all legal rights even when the warranty has expired.

​

If there is something wrong with what you have purchased upon receipt, you must let us know within 2 weeks. If you return it, it must be in the original packaging and in good condition. If a problem occurs later and you invoke the warranty, the product does not have to be sent in the original packaging, but you must of course pack it properly.

The warranty period we provide on our pressure canners is 2 years after you receive the product. But we are not responsible if the product does not work properly for a specific use that you had in mind and that is not described in the manual (which you can retrieve with the QR code on the box).

​

The warranty does not apply when:

• You have tinkered with the items yourself or if others have done so.

• The items have been treated unusually or have not been used according to our instructions (which you can find in the manual).
